A. Paper Plane — Origami & 2½D

Primary Schools (Pri. 3 & above)

Registration fee per team: $50

Fold paper planes to achieve the longest flight endurance, perform loops and demonstrate longest flight range, and create unique 2½D planes to compete for best flight.

B. Unpowered Glider

Secondary Schools / Integrated Programme (IP) Levels 1-4

Max. members per team: 5
Registration fee per team: $100

Design and build a small unpowered glider of limited wingspan to be propelled from a launcher to achieve the longest range.

C. Radio Control Flight

Secondary Schools / IP / Junior Colleges / Institute of Technical Education

Max. members per team: 5
Registration fee per team: $100

Design and build a small remote-controlled air platform capable of completing a series of exciting tasks*.

CAT C Brief

D. Semi-automated/ Automated

Polytechnics / Universities

Max. members per team: 5
Registration fee per team: $100

Design and build a small air platform (semi-automatic / fully automatic) capable of completing a series of exciting tasks*. Teams may join either the semi-automatic or the automatic category, but not both.
